Send Your Balance Back to PayPal, Venmo, or Play+

Withdrawals on crashduel route back to the same payment method you deposited with — that's by design. If PayPal funded your account, your payout goes to PayPal. Same rule applies for Venmo and Play+ prepaid. Head to the cashier, switch to the withdrawal tab, and enter the amount you want to move. You'll need to have completed account verification before a withdrawal

processes, so if you haven't done that yet, the system will prompt you. Processing time depends on your payment provider's own clearing cycle, not something we can shortcut on our end.

  • Go to Cashier — Withdraw Tab — Open your account menu and tap the cashier. Switch to the withdrawal tab — it's next to the deposit tab at the top of the screen.
  • Pick Your Payout Method — Select the same payment method you deposited with. The system flags your verified withdrawal options so you only see methods available to your account.
  • Enter the Amount — Type the withdrawal amount. The screen shows your available balance and any minimum or maximum the payment method carries, so you can size it correctly.
  • Complete Identity Check if Prompted — If your account hasn't been verified yet, you'll be asked to finish that step before the withdrawal moves. Once cleared, the transfer initiates to your payment provider.

Adding funds starts inside the cashier tab — tap the deposit icon from your mobile browser or saved home-screen shortcut and your balance updates the moment the transfer clears. We pull from PayPal, Venmo, and Play+ prepaid cards because those are the payment tools already sitting on most American phones. PayPal and Venmo route through your linked checking account or card, and

Play+ loads from a prepaid balance you control. No third-party checkout screens, no redirects to unfamiliar pages — the whole flow stays inside your crashduel session.

  • Open the Cashier — Tap the cashier icon in your account menu. The deposit screen loads inside your crashduel session — no separate login or app switch needed.
  • Choose PayPal, Venmo, or Play+ — Select the payment method you have on your phone. PayPal and Venmo pull from your linked card or checking account; Play+ draws from your prepaid balance.
  • Enter the Amount and Confirm — Type the dollar amount, review the summary screen, then authorize through your chosen payment app. The confirmation happens on your end inside that app.
  • Balance Posts to Your Account — Once the payment app confirms the transfer, your crashduel balance reflects the new amount. Refresh the lobby if you don't see it update right away.
crashduel Verify Your crashduel Account Identity

Verify Your crashduel Account Identity

Account verification protects your balance from unauthorized access — it confirms that the person requesting a withdrawal is the same person who opened the account. We ask for a government-issued ID and a document that matches your address, like a recent utility bill or bank statement. Upload those through the verification screen in your account settings. The review happens on our end,

and we'll send a confirmation to your registered email once the account is cleared. Most people complete this before their first withdrawal request, which keeps the payout process moving without a hold.

  • Open Verification in Account Settings — Log into crashduel, go to account settings, and find the verification section. It shows which documents you still need to submit and what's already been reviewed.
  • Upload a Government-Issued ID — A driver's license, state ID, or passport all work. Take a clear photo with your phone and upload it directly — no scanner needed for the initial submission.
  • Submit a Proof of Address Document — A bank statement or utility bill showing your name and current address. The document should be recent — older than 90 days may not be accepted.
  • Wait for Email Confirmation — We review submitted documents and send an email to your registered address confirming whether verification passed. Once confirmed, withdrawals to PayPal, Venmo, or Play+ can process.
SUPPORTED PAYMENT METHODS

Payment Methods We Accept

Every payment option in your cashier is a US-native rail — PayPal, Venmo, and Play+ prepaid are the three channels we've built the banking flow around. These cover the way most American accounts already move money day to day, whether that's a PayPal wallet tied to a checking account, Venmo on your phone, or a Play+ card loaded ahead of time. Availability depends on state law and your eligible region.

PayPal Link your PayPal account in the cashier for deposits and withdrawals. Funds draw from your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or debit card depending on your PayPal settings.
Venmo Venmo deposits and withdrawals work through your existing Venmo account. The transfer initiates inside your crashduel cashier and completes inside the Venmo app on your phone.
Play+ Prepaid Load a Play+ prepaid card before you deposit and use that balance directly. Play+ keeps your checking account one step removed, which some accounts prefer for budget control.

crashduel Banking — Common Account Questions

If something in your cashier isn't behaving the way you expect, these are the questions we hear most often from accounts in Chicago and Los Angeles. Verification holds, delayed transfers, and method mismatches are the usual culprits — and each one has a straightforward fix once you know where to look in your account settings.

We accept PayPal, Venmo, and Play+ prepaid cards. All three are available in the cashier tab. Availability in your state depends on local law and your eligible region.

Withdrawals route back to the same payment method used for the deposit. If you deposited via PayPal, your payout goes to PayPal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure we apply across all accounts.

A government-issued photo ID — driver's license, state ID, or passport — plus a proof-of-address document like a bank statement or utility bill dated within the last 90 days.

A pending status usually means the payment app side hasn't confirmed yet. Check your PayPal, Venmo, or Play+ app for a pending notification. If it stays pending past an hour, contact account support through the in-app chat.

Minimum withdrawal amounts are shown on the withdrawal screen next to each payment method. We don't publish a single flat figure because it can vary by method and account tier.

We send an email to your registered address when the withdrawal initiates. After that, timing depends on your payment provider's own clearing cycle — check your PayPal, Venmo, or Play+ account for the incoming transfer.
